We are licensed to carry a maximum of four passengers. Children, including babies each count as one passenger. You can use your own child/baby seats on the outward journey and then we will store them until your return trip, but please notify us in advance.
Our stated prices and quotes are based on one pick up location and one destination drop off. If your journey requires extra pick up and drop off points, you must inform us as this will effect the journey time and the price.
Our stated prices and quotes for airport transfers allow for 10 minutes drop off time at the airport. If the drop off time exceeds 10 minutes and we are charged extra by the airport, this fee will be passed on to the customer.
Full payment is required at the time of the booking to secure the booking.
Cancellations: If a pick-up is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the booked time, we will provide you with a full refund. If the pick-up is cancelled less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time, we will provide you with a 75% refund. If the pick-up is cancelled less than 24 hours before the pick-up time but more than 2 hours, we will provide you with a 50% refund. If the journey is cancelled within two hours of the scheduled booking time, no refund will be given.
Our normal luggage allowance is one standard sized suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger. Please inform us of any extra to this to ensure it can all fit in the car.
We will monitor and meet the return flight from the information, day/date as supplied by you. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct and you must inform us of any changes to return schedule.
Airports implement strict policies on vehicle access and timings to drop-off and collection points. We will always try to be as close as possible to the airport terminal, but will be in compliance with airport policies.
Because of the logistics and delays involved in airport transfers we reserve the right to substitute vehicles or subcontract.
We do not accept responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions etc. or by delays caused by the customer (for example, not being ready to depart at the scheduled pick up time).
Special events such as large concerts etc. are often very busy and local authorities may implement vehicle access restrictions or the area may be so busy to make close access impractical. We will always try to get you as close as possible to the venue but for busy events we may need to drop you and collect you a distance away from the venue.
